Abstract: (Einleitung) „Wir machen Performance“ lautete das Motto des 5. Deutschen Real Estate Asset Kongresses, der vom 7. bis 8. November in Frankfurt am Main stattfand. Über 100 Teilnehmer diskutierten aktuelle Anforderungen an das Asset Management. Was verstehen Investoren, Corporates und Dienstleister unter Performance im Asset Management? Wie entwickelt sich das Outsourcing solcher Managementleistungen und worauf ist unter Performancegesichtspunkten besonders zu achten?
