Abstract:
In this research, the authors explore the use of ULS-SEM (Structural-Equation-Modelling), PLS (Partial Least Squares), GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis), path analysis on block principal components and path analysis on block scales on customer satisfaction data.
