Abstract:
Aiming to solve the rational weights for the experts in the group decision-making, a group decision-making approach is proposed based on the normal distribution weights. With respect to the normal distribution of the appraisal value for different schemes, the distribution functions of the expert weights are obtained for each scheme. It gives different weights to the experts for the different schemes. A numerical example illustrates the validity and rationality for the proposed approach.
