Energy Policy, 2012, vol. 46, issue C, 36-48
Abstract:
Energy security11Energy security, the security of energy supplies or more shortly security of supply are used as synonyms both in this article and in other parts of literature. is one of the main targets of energy policy. However, the term has not been clearly defined, which makes it hard to measure and difficult to balance against other policy objectives.
