Abstract:
This paper seeks to study the waste-to-energy facility location planning problems under uncertainty from an integrated perspective. The extended exergy accounting method is first used to develop a multi-criteria decision analysis framework that unique in unifying multiple criteria of material, energy, social, economic and environmental aspects into homogeneous exergy terms, thus employing multiple criteria to obtain an integrated decision-making result.
