Chunyang Zhang and Dongsheng Zhang

Finance Research Letters, 2023, vol. 58, issue PD

Abstract: To investigate the correlation between executive incentives, team stability, and corporate innovation performance, this study employed empirical analysis of firms listed in China. The results indicate that there is a significant and positive correlation between executive incentives and the technological innovation performance of corporations; the influence of executive incentives on corporate innovation is partially mediated by team stability; and the effects of different incentive methods vary depending on the type of patent in question.
