Understanding the relationship between entrepreneur courage quotient and enterprises' sustainable growth

Abstract:
This study develops the first entrepreneur courage quotient in China and conduct regression analysis and empirical testing on the relationship between Entrepreneur courage quotient and enterprises' sustainable growth using a sample of 359 entrepreneurs. The research findings indicated that Entrepreneur Courage Quotient has a direct impact on enterprises' sustainable growth, it also promotes the development of social networks and dynamic capabilities, which in turn contribute to enterprises' sustainable growth. Entrepreneur Courage Quotient also has a significant indirect effect on s enterprises' sustainable growth through social networks. Additionally, environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between Entrepreneur Courage Quotient, dynamic capabilities, and enterprises' sustainable growth. This research highlights the importance of entrepreneurial courage as a charateristic for enterprises' sustainable growth and lays the foundation for future research.
