Abstract:
Outward foreign direct investment is an important way to obtain sustainable market value. However, existing studies pay less attention to the efficiency of OFDI, especially the lack of in-depth investigation on the influence mechanism of supply chain finance on OFDI efficiency. Therefore, based on the perspective of synergy theory, this paper using A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022 as a sample, found supply chain finance improves the efficiency of OFDI; and the degree of synergy positively strengthens this promotion effect. The results of the study provide new perspectives and practical insights for enterprises to improve OFDI efficiency.
