Abstract: This study takes the annual data of Shaanxi Western Mineral Energy Development Co. to analyze the impact of digitalization and green finance on the transformation of mineral energy enterprises. The two-way fixed effect model and mediated effect model are used for statistical analysis to calculate the intrinsic influence mechanism of the mediating variables on the variables through the relationship between the variables and the variables. And the indicator selection is set to estimate the maximum likelihood estimation of the transformation of mineral energy enterprises. Quantitatively, the impact of digitalization and green finance on the transformation of mineral energy enterprises is assessed. And six impact hypotheses are proposed. The results of the study show that for every 1 % increase in the level of digitalization development, the level of green development of mineral energy enterprises increases by 0.142 % and is significant at the 1 % level. It indicates that the positive effect of digitalization and green finance on the transformation of mineral energy enterprises is significant, which improves the greening development level of mineral energy enterprises, and then improves the business performance of enterprises.
