The evaluation of innovation ability of China's information technology application innovation enterprises based on cloud modeling

Abstract: This paper adopts the theoretical method of the cloud model to establish the evaluation index system. It tests it through examples, and the results show that the cloud model has a flexible conversion function in qualitative description and quantitative expression, and the evaluation results obtained can be visualized through graphs. It is concluded that the evaluation of the technology application innovation industry (ITAI) enterprise's innovation power by using the cloud modeling method can reflect the current level of the ITAI enterprise's innovation power more realistically, which is helpful to find out the innovation path of the ITAI enterprise.
