Abstract:
This paper selects China's A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022 as the research object to explore the impact of analysts' attention on corporate green innovation. The research and development found that analysts' attention has a significant role in promoting corporate green innovation; the degree of financing constraints has a moderating effect on the relationship between analysts' attention and corporate green innovation, and analysts' attention plays a positive role in promoting corporate green innovation by increasing the level of corporate risk-taking.
