Abstract:
Supply chain integration is conducive to improving degree of information sharing among chain partners, has become a key issue of concern and research in academia. However, existing studies have paid less attentions on fundamental factors that drive NPD R&D collaboration, especially lack of in-depth studies on the role of supply chain integration between relationship capital and R&D innovation. Based on supply chain integration perspective and empirical evidence from listed companies from 2010 to 2022, we empirically show that supply chain relationship capital significantly promotes firms' NPD R&D investment and supply chain integration strengthens this promoting effect.
