Abstract:
This paper selects China's listed companies in 2016–2022 as a research sample to explore the relationship between ESG scores and corporate resilience. It is found that ESG scores are positively correlated with corporate resilience; it is further found that firms with ESG scores receive more attention from analysts, and the increase in analyst attention reduces information asymmetry and improves corporate resilience.
