Viewpoint: Preparing for the climate crisis: What role should land value capture play?

Abstract: This Viewpoint posits that cities need to rediscover financial models that direct land use to prepare for climate change. Research into Land Value Capture is needed to identify how land values are changing in light of climate change and how land-based finance can better support cities at risk.
