Abstract:
The interest in studying the isochrone portrait of relaxation oscillators with a stable limit cycle is that knowledge of this portrait implies knowledge of the Phase Transition Curve (PTC) and the PTC allows one to obtain, in the case of impulsive forces, a one-dimensional approximation of the Poincaré (stroboscopic) map of the system.
