Abstract:
One of the most significant environmental problems affecting Vietnam is industrial waste pollution. Although the country has implemented a reang of anti-pollution legislation, the problem has not been resolved and companies continue to pollute on a large scale. This study assessed the effectiveness of a key piece of Vietnam's anti-pollution legislation in an attempt to highlight what needs to be done to reduce industrial polution in the country.
