Abstract: This report explores three entry points to the theme of poverty and prosperity: (i) managing urbanization for inclusive development, (ii) strengthening responses to rural poverty in the context of the rural–urban transitions and (iii) infrastructure development. Each area presents opportunities and challenges in a changing development context.
