Working Papers from eSocialSciences
Abstract:
This paper we make an attempt to understand and analyze the budget from a gender perspective. The paper looks into the different areas of allocations, how far it is ‘pro woman’ budget or a ‘gender responsive’ budget and whether the budget reflects the commitments made in the women’s policy announced by the government in 2009.
