Note: [English Title] The Agricultural Organization in Ottoman Empire [English Abstract] This article, by which it is aimed to research the agricultural organization in the Ottoman Empire, focuses primarily on tirnar and the analysis of sipahi and reaya's status. Secondly, the application of iltizam after the degeneration of tirnar is handled which corresponds to the period roughly at the end of 16 th. century.
