Abstract:
This report to the Low Pay Commission (LPC) provides an international review of the literature relating to minimum wages and the youth labour market. It covers literature on 12 countries – the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, Finland and the UK.
