Abstract: В статье исследуется проблема формирования и развития рынка услуг, связанных с санаторно-курортным делом и туризмом. На основе анализа отечественного и зарубежного опыта отраслевого развития, автор выявляет систему взаимосвязей, влияющих на организацию системы рекреационных услуг, а также лежащие в их основе концепции и модели потребительского поведения.
