Abstract:
Tourism linked to agriculture (than can be called agritourism) is today a very dynamic activity, deployed by many territories, but nevertheless poorly documented. This article questions the current dominant approach of agritourism, which seems too restrictive. Based on management science and data collection, this article proposes a new theoretical approach, which is no longer limited to farms but recognizes various types of actors, who work most often in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Following this new approach, recommendations are given to the territories wishing to implement this integrated agritourism.
