Borders: a lasting resurgence?
Fronteras: ¿un resurgimiento duradero?

Abstract:
On the issue of borders, the year 2020 has been an exceptional year. While the process of globalization since the 1990s has generally favored the opening of borders, never before has the world known so many borders closed for health reasons. Faced with this unprecedented situation, what are the prospects? More border walls, whether physical or regulatory, or the priority given to reopened borders as before the covid-19 pandemic?
