Abstract:
Sustainable development concerns can be approached and addressed at different levels from individual behaviors to international relation. Climate change is one of the most important issue for politics and media for many decades. Thus, many activities at different levels can be used for empirical research action. In this context we highlight a case of hybridization of disaster risk reduction operational device by climate change adaptation issues. By means of an exploratory qualitative research based on an analysis of practices along time using action viewpoint, a field for further investigation with a view to develop actionable knowledge for organization transformation is identified.
