Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between information sharing and information withholding in organizations and its antecedents to point out the problems of existing studies, and to present solutions to them. Information sharing and information withholding exist independently, and it is necessary to analyze the two behaviors simultaneously to determine whether information is shared or not. In addition, we classified the antecedents of information sharing and withholding into three categories: individual factors, relational factors, and organizational factors, and pointed out that information sharing in organizations can be clarified more precisely by analyzing these factors in a combined manner.
