Abstract: "The DiWaBe employee survey (DIWABE) combines data from an employee survey with the representative IAB-ZEW-Labor Market 4.0-Establishment Survey (BIZA). The dataset includes in-depth information on the use of digitization and automation technologies in German establishments.
