Designing Information and Analytical System for Managerial Influence

Abstract:
The concept of 'managerial influence' has been defined. The steps, methods and functional tools of the management influence have been considered. The theoretical and methodical basis for designing the information and analytical system of managerial influence to implement the management decisions have been researched. In particular, the author describes the content, function and he grounds the principles and requirements of developing the information and analytical management system. It has been determined that the information and analytical system of management accumulates the management functions of planning, organization, leadership, accounting and analytical management function. The action of the information and analytical management system is directed on any object at different levels of management in order to enhance the business efficiency
