State and Prospects of Agrarian Insurance Development in Ukraine

Abstract: Agriculture insurance development is one of the integral components in formation of up-to-date financial and economic infrastructure in the area of agricultural product output, processing and sale. Based on the analysis of home and international trends of agricultural insurance development, the Article covers the theoretical and methodological approaches to protection of economic, social and ecological interests of agricultural product manufacturers. Role and significance of insurance protection within agrarian sector steady development has been grounded. Trends in domestic agrarian insurance market development for the last seven years have been outlined. It has been particularly identified that today the insurance market is at the stage of some uncertainty, sharp fluctuations and instability of agrarian community insurance interest given their financial and economic state. According to the author, conciliation of insurance procedure players' interests is to enable synergetic effect which will provide necessary conditions for agrarian economy stable development.
