Abstract:
This research examines the relationship between four dimensions that are key in any organization, namely: productivity, decision making, ethics, and happiness. These dimensions presuppose a link between what is tangible and intangible and the need to achieve better results with greater harmony. To this end a questionnaire was designed and a sample of 312 responses were obtained. The sample participants were mostly Mexican professionals working in various companies in the State of Baja California, an industrial center of first order in Mexico, which borders the State of California U.S.A. The analysis and categorization of the data obtained, as well as the inferred relationship, allowed us to generate a series of useful and applicable results useful to other companies and institutions both public and private. We develop a comprehensive approach to the four dimensions by approaching it with an open mentality. We take into account the necessity of the four dimensions and the reasons why they are not adequate or effective. We also identify the feasibility variables for achieving solutions that can be applied. These results allow us to understand, correct and solve the situations that are present in the daily work realities of people in organizations
