Abstract:
The concept of rough set was introduced by Pawlak is efficiently used in data analysis. In this paper, we have introduce twin rough set defined on a twin approximation space I = (U,A,B) where U is a non-empty finite set of objects and A and B are the two disjoint set of fuzzy attributes on the elements of U. This novel definition plays a vital role in comparing the influence of a set of attributes in A over that of B on the elements of U. Also, we have proposed an algorithm for this comparative analysis and the proposed algorithm is illustrated by taking a real time data. In this, a detailed analysis is done in comparing the two significant aspects namely employee engagement and employee value proposition of the employees in an organisation.
