Abstract:
Simultaneously with the increasing labor market flexibility is necessary to increase the protection of employees, including the individual responsibility on their efforts to look for a job. The emergence and expansion of wage labor led to the adoption of relevant legislation, diversification and scale of social relations work led to the development continue this legislation.
