Antioquia en los inicios del proceso de industrialización: algunos aspectos relativos a la capacitación técnica

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to describe some aspects related to technical training in the state of Antioquia at the beginning of the industrialization process. This article emphasizes especially those public and private institutions which supported training and technical qualifications of staff members and workers during the period between the end of the 19th century and the beginnings of the 20th century. The role of work as the basis of training in particular tasks is also emphasized here.
