The Relation Between the Attractiveness and Value of Districts in Warsaw

Abstract:
The aim of the paper is to answer the question to what degree the attractiveness of living in a particular district is reflected in the value of a given area. In this paper, it was undertaken to compare the attractiveness of the districts of Warsaw (information obtained from the study of MSO) to their value (assessed on the basis of the econometric model of apartment prices).
