Abstract:
In the following paper we use the dataset from IcesMo in order to present an in-depth overview of the living conditions of Modena families. We pay particular attention to those families who every month have to pay a hard-to-afford rent. Secondly, we try to estimate the local demand for social housing. In conclusion, we suggest some possible policies to carry out in order to solve housing problems.
