Abstract:
This issue brief is the fourth in Advancing Policy to Support Workers with Disabilities, a Roosevelt House series edited by Professor Purvi Sevak that aims to objectively synthesize research that can inform policymakers and other stakeholders of the potential impacts of a range of policy changes on employment of individuals with disabilities. This brief focuses on findings from qualitative interviews with employers in Arkansas about retaining workers following disability onset.
