Abstract:
This case study describes Nebraska Health Network’s (NHN) data management system to more efficiently respond to the quality reporting requirements of the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and to facilitate the implementation of performance improvement strategies. NHN’s experience is informative not only for new ACOs that are forming their analytic approach but also for experienced ACOs that are using data to support strategic initiatives.
