Abstract:
This document starts from the statement that all human resources themes can generate risks of inequalities and discrimination between men and women. Of course, these discriminations are indirect but the results is the same about recrutment, careers, wages, balance between family life and work, vocational training... Some firms implement practices for women employment and equality at work, the European Commission valorises these "good practices". The aim of this document (grouping experimentations and first analysis which demand further development on transferability and adaptability of these practices) is to expose some interesting examples of human resources practices in favour of equality and to discuss these practices and stakes of equality in firms
