Abstract: The assessment of the value of interfirm relations is found to be an important step in the process of management of enterprises integrated in supply chains. The focus is on the substantiation of managerial decision-making regarding the selection of the best partner and assessment of the value of interfirm relations under the conditions of the use of fuzzy information. A method has been proposed for the assessment of the value of interfirm relations in supply chains on the basis of the toolkit of the theory of fuzzy sets for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of non-parametric information which made it possible to transfer the linguistic evaluation of experts into the numerical one. A system of indicators has been identified for the assessment of the value of interfirm relations, taking into account quantitative and qualitative aspects of partnership. An integrated assessment of the value of interfirm relationship with a partner has been made based on the additive convolution model.
