Abstract: There are countless articles in several well respected management journals which define and describe the outlines for a well-managed company. These are universal factors which more or less apply to all the business spheres from supply chain to ser-vice industries. However there is hardly any evidence where an industry in a develop-ing world has emerged by following the scholarly articles. On the contrary the entre-preneurs are too preoccupied with making money in traditional way that the theory of optimization never crosses their mind. This paper acknowledges the results of optimiz-ing the business possesses but instead of stopping there; it also puts forward those ele-ments without which success is sure; if not elated. The perspective is Bangladesh Ready Made Garment (RMG) industry.
