Impact of high credit interest rates on establishing risk management in a bank

Abstract: The article shows correlation between credit interest rates increase and potential risks of banking sector. It analyzes the role of inflation and growth of government ex-penditure as one of the most important reasons of credit interest rates fluctuation.
