Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to present the reality and state of implementation of the continuing education in Slovak business environment. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire survey. It examines the array of continuing education processes and practices in Slovak businesses. For data analysis descriptive and inferential statistical methods, such as Pearson correlation coefficient and t-tests, were used.
