Abstract: The research aim is to know whether there is influence of consumer loyalty to decision of house purchase at PT.Pangripta Cons Medan.Sampel Company of this research is all property company registered in REI (Real Estate Indonesia) for year 2015 until 2016, Sampling using appliance sampling is the determination of the sample based on the wishes of researchers. Data analysis using Multiple Regression test with model accuracy (classic assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient of determination test (R2), pasrial test (t test), while data processing using SPSS
