Abstract: According to a fiduciary asal he comes from the roman fides which means confidence.A fiduciary is term was long known in indonesian language. So is the term is used in the law number 42 year 1999 regarding fiduciary security.In dutch terminology the term is often called the full fiduciare eigendom jerusalem--the overdracht (f.e.o.) that the surrender of property in trust.While in terms of english called fiduciary transfer of ownership.Understanding fiduciary transferee proprietary rights is an object on the basis of trust with the proviso that the rights owner transferred ownership remains in control thisstuff.
