Abstract:
Owner in Indonesian means that the owner of a business or employment. he also employ the people and also hire. A business owners must have the tactics and plan mature to advance his efforts. because he is the owner of a business, the owner has the authority of the highest to make policy in the business. In the face of the many pesaingan efforts, owner must have a strategy in efforts to improve the marketing and customer satisfaction. Research methods used is a method desktiptif qualitative collect data that is in Waroeng Danz Yogyakarta. therefore necessary maximum service in meet the needs of guests.
