Abstract:
buying and selling is a very important activity in which the economy of a region can accelerate rapidly. Islam also encourages us to seek sustenance, one of which is by buying and selling. But in Islam there are several regulations in terms of buying and selling, moreover we live in today where slander occurs everywhere, many people do everything they can to achieve their goals. One of them is by doing things that are forbidden by God. Namely selling things that are prohibited. There are so many things that are prohibited by Allah SWT that are done by people and even we Muslims, such as selling khamr or liquor. In Indonesia, a country where the majority of Muslims actually want to legalize liquor. And now in Indonesia there are lots of people who sell liquor. So I made this Tulsan with the aim of making us all aware of the importance of buying and selling as well as gaining insight into how to buy and sell in Islam and prohibit what is contained in buying and selling in accordance with the word of Allah in Surah Al-Maidah verse 90
