Abstract:
Tourism activities always bring great spiritual values to tourists, help to improve understanding and awareness, increase interesting discoveries and experiences in life, create balance between psychological aspect and workforce regeneration. Since then, choosing a tourist destination has always been the main concern of tourists. In particular, the choice of hosting service is also fundamental. They really want to be able to find accommodation structures that satisfy their satisfaction. always guarantee the quality of services to meet the needs of the highest level, both to provide maximum satisfaction to tourists and to improve competitiveness.
