Abstract:
The increasing scarcity of palm oil in Indonesia is currently making cooking oil prices soar. This makes people disappointed with the government. Therefore, the government announced the price of cooking oil subsidies, namely Rp. 14,000 / liter but it also creates a commotion in various supermarkets and minimarkets in several areas, not least at Naga Swalayan Defense and Security. Therefore, good operational management is needed so that there is no crowd that will make some losses for employees and customers. Good operational management includes in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring it. The research method used is descriptive analysis to show the operational management performance in Naga Swalaan. The data collection technique was carried out by semi-structured interviews, where the informant was considered to know the most about the object under study.
