Abstract: Nasi Lemak is one of halal food in Singapore. Nasi Fat in Singapore is not much different from uduk rice, it's just that the commonly used fatty rice leaves pandan leaves, cinnamon and lemongrass leaves that make the aroma different. The savory and tender fatty rice is the prima donna of this dish, with a spicy sauce that makes it even more delicious.
