Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to describe the operational management functions of the Bung Karno Gelora Management Headquarters which consist of two parts: GBK operational management and GBK operating hours scheduling. In this planning there are three important elements, namely location planning, scheduling planning, and planning the existing method system in GBK. The research method used is an integrated IT infrastructure system and the use of data as a basis for decision making. Realizing that technology plays an important role in this success, GBK in collaboration with Microsoft will build an information technology infrastructure that will make it easier to transform products and operational activities. Data collection techniques were carried out using direct interview and survey techniques. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the GBK head office in operational planning still needs a little more improvement, including not having employee recruitment which is still minimal, manpower for the cleaning service section is still minimal. The increasing development of technology is one of the reasons why there are many company operational systems. Currently, Indonesia is trying very hard to advance and improve technology, one of which is in the field of operational systems, namely the company's operational system (SOP). This can be AOSCM: Articles on Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) Volume 1, Nomor 1, Jun 2022 seen from the various operational systems and types of operations in creating a more advanced and prosperous company, such as the company's operational procedure system for employees and the operational system in company processing. Therefore, good operational management is needed in order to compete, survive, and be more advanced than before. Good operational management includes in terms of system management, company quality, and others.
