Abstract:
The Project Management Tool Kit: Essential Resources for Beginners is a reference for managing individual projects and outlines ideas associated with project management. In addition, it defines the project management life cycle and its associated procedures, in addition to the project life cycle. The book includes the internationally acknowledged standard and guidance for project management professionals. A standard is a formal document that outlines established standards, procedures, and practises. As with other professions, the information included in this standard has emerged from the well-established best practices of project management practitioners who contributed to its creation.
